Vandanya offers a “Submit Your Room” feature through which users may voluntarily submit photographs of their existing room, along with details including room dimensions, budget, style preferences, and their name and city, for the purpose of receiving a free AI-generated room concept.
By submitting your room details and photographs, you agree to the following:
Consent to publish: You grant Vandanya a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, and display your submitted room photograph(s) and name/city on vandanya.com and on Vandanya’s Pinterest account in connection with the AI-generated concept created for you. We will always credit you by first name and city unless you request otherwise.
Your photographs: You confirm that any photographs you submit are your own original photographs, that you are the owner or have the right to share them, and that they do not contain any third-party copyrighted material for which you do not have permission. You confirm that any people visible in submitted photographs have consented to their image being used.
No guarantee of publication: Submission of your room does not guarantee that a concept will be created or published. We reserve the right to decline any submission at our discretion, including submissions that are unclear, incomplete, inappropriate, or outside our current design scope.
